“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem.The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”
“DAX offers a great assortment of tiles, vanities and bathroom accessories. It’s an edited assortment that’s curated and hand selected for you so you don’t have to go through the tiresome and confusing task of shopping through hundreds of styles like you do at other stores. Prices are very good too. Michele and Javier in sales are knowledgeable and accommodating, taking care of my needs for my various projects.

We needed it in a timely manner as we were completing a renovation in our home and the contractor was midway through the project. Unfortunately, the item we received was not what we ordered (wrong). However, the customer service associates, Thelma and Tiffany, were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to investigate the issue on our behalf, communicated with Home Depot's phone customer service, and successfully helped us secure a credit for the inconvenience. They assisted with correcting the problem and now our project is complete. “I love Home Depot....I travel from Boca to come here...I own rentals so there is always a need for something. I met Billy Schoenfeld at the Deerfield store. He helped me with appliances, vanities, countertops and even plants. You name it! After purchase he stays connected which I like because sometimes there are hiccups. He will always call and see how things are going.
I was sad to hear he left that store. One of the managers at Deerfield told me he is moved to 441 and Wiles. She missed him too.
I redid an apt with new LVP that her recommended. He stressed the durability of this product. I trust his knowledge. I am so happy. It looks so lovely! He goes the extra yard and has loads of patience. It is obvious he loves what he does.

When I thanked them for helping 'this old lady' so patiently, the laughed and said that I wasn't old! LOL I mentioned that I would be 70 in about a week....they went ahead and sang a quick HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

“Huge thank you to Rayan for truly going above and beyond for my daughter and I while we were shopping for supplies for her school project. He took the time to carefully cut all of our wood pieces, helped us find every item we needed, and made sure we left feeling confident about the project.
What stood out even more was his positive energy. Watching him interact with his coworkers making everyone laugh and keeping morale high. It made the whole experience that much better. “The Home Depot consistently has everything I require for my sheet metal business. Thanks to my pro account, I'm able to see my savings on larger orders. However, I've encountered some older employees who seem hesitant to assist, and their expressions suggest they would rather not be bothered. Additionally, the cashiers at the customer service area can be a bit slow. Despite these issues, it's still an excellent place to pick up supplies for my next project.”

“I had a great experience at Lowe’s while looking for a Silestone sample for my kitchen remodel. I was having trouble finding help in the department when Paula stepped in and immediately offered to assist. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to track down someone who could help me. That person was Bob, who was just as wonderful—within minutes he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Paula and Bob were both outstanding and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. “Grabbed a cart and went to the plywood aisle expecting to help myself as I usually have to here. DAVIDSON walked up to me right away and asked if I needed help. He was respectful and professional. If every employee was as attentive as this, people would do a lot more shopping in store. He was a 5 star. Unfortunately the store as a whole is not. Between the rental department and how long it usually takes to get help, I cannot put a 5 star rating. I'm omw to a further home depot at this moment for a rental.”
“Customer service saves the day. I ordered a pre hung door to be delivered. The delivery was made timely but the door jam was damaged. I called them and they scheduled a return pickup for tge following day but never showed up. I called customer service and spoke with Lori and explained my situation and she offered help. She and Kim helped me through the process today. Lori and Kim fixed the problem for me.”
