“Superb experience! Wonderfully knowledgeable people, eager to assist you in making your project a success. Sent me free samples to show my Architect and Owner to help us decide (and also helped us with layout.). Honestly, I wish other companies had the work ethic and genuine know-how that these fine folks share so readily. You can't go wrong ordering from DCT! Thank you guys for all your help!”

“House Wall Garage Organizer company delivered exactly what they promised, and are still continuing to deliver advice and additional materials for the ordering and placement of all items previously cluttering the garage floor. Now we’re actually able to park a car in the garage, which was impossible before House Wall Garage Organizer’s solution. Thanks Tony for giving me a great looking garage. Dane Scofield”

“I can’t say enough great things about DAX Tile & Kitchen/Bath. They didn’t do the installation—they supplied all the materials—and still managed to be the best part of my remodel. The showroom is stunning and thoughtfully curated: premium porcelains, beautiful natural stone, statement mosaics, and finishes you don’t see elsewhere. The team knew their inventory cold and helped me dial in square footage, trim pieces, transitions, and grout so I ordered exactly what I needed (no guesswork, no waste). Quality? Off the charts. Every box arrived pristine, color-matched, and batch-consistent; the slabs are dead flat and the edges crisp. Lead times were honest, pricing transparent, and special orders came in exactly when promised. They even followed up after delivery to make sure the material met spec and that my installer had what they needed. My bathroom looks designer-grade largely because of the materials DAX provided. If you want high-end product, expert guidance, and white-glove customer care—start with DAX. 11/10 recommend.”

“I have ordered from HVS over the past year or so. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with the various items to choose from, the customer service they give and the very competitive pricing. The company surprised me when I saw that they had a second location in Broward County. This worked out for me as I was remodeling a unit up in the northern area of Ft Lauderdale and I was able to pick up in that location.”

“This was an amazing experience, and I think the first time I've ever gone from beginning to end without a hitch! Bruce and Audrey at the store and handling the measurement at my condo were professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. I ordered a Murphy Bed (The Library) and two closets. The team that came to install my Murphy Bed and Closets were on time, fast, had an attention to detail and they even cleaned the walnut Murphy bed with an amazing smelling wood cleaner! This was the best experience ever!! I highly recommend this company and their people if you want the job done well. This was worth every penny!!”

“The other day I ran into some issues trying to find an alarm system that was compatible with my Ring system. Bre-Anne genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She attempted to get additional assistance, but unfortunately, no one was available. Even then, she continued doing everything she could to help me, and she even used AI to assist with finding the answer. I honestly would have never thought to use AI that way! After some time, she was eventually able to find the information I needed, which led to me making my purchase. Bre-Anne was by far one of the most patient, kind, and helpful employees I’ve encountered at Home Depot. I truly appreciate her willingness to take the time to help me instead of simply giving up like others. Excellent customer service!”

“I visited the Home Depot in Deerfield Beach July 14th 2026 and received outstanding service! I brought in a specialized 8-strand trimmer head, looking to buy a new string trimmer that it could attach to. The associate immediately figured out that an ECHO trimmer would work perfectly. He and another associate even took the time to swap the heads for me right there in the store. This was incredibly helpful and a way better experience than the one I had at Ace Hardware. Highly recommend!”

“The store is very close to the houses in North Lauderdale and is very convenient. I did have an issue yesterday when I tried to purchase a dishwasher. I called the store 5 times and could not get any help. I had picked out a model that I wanted to buy, but could not get any help, so I had to go elsewhere. They really need to have more people working on the sales floor. Thanks”

“I placed an order online for a couple of kitchen appliances. Right after the order was placed, I realized one of the items was setup for delivery, one for pickup. So I decided to call the store to rectify the problem. The wait on the phone was so LONG...it was ridiculous. I decided to cancel the online order and re-enter it with the right delivery instructions. The website is really good and easy to navigate...it was easy to cancel the order and place a new one. The delivery was smooth and they provided good communication the day of the delivery and installation....several texts and emails gave me a feel for when the delivery would take place. I also got a call first thing in the morning telling me the time frame for the delivery. Good communication.”

“I had an excellent experience at Lowe’s with Tim Pro Desk! thanks to one of their customer service specialists. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made sure I understood the products before making my purchase. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to provide great customer service, but that’s exactly what happened during my visit. Their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding service. Employees like this are a big reason why I continue to shop at Lowe’s. Highly recommended! — Diego”

He has been always helpful, he very knowledgeable about plumbing and know the location of almost everything in that store. I wanted to take the time to say thanks Hubert! “We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.”
