The scooter I ordered (the more expensive model) was different than what was delivered (the cheaper model). It was an error on the shipping company's part. I contacted customer service for Mobility Scooters Direct, thinking I was going to get the run-around. NOPE... customer service moved quick & shipped me the correct model plus arranged pick up of the incorrect model.
If looking to order a scooter online, this is a good company to order from. They seem honest and reputable!”

Since our State of Florida insurance changed as of Jan 2024, subsequently caused a delay in authorizing payments for these much needed medical supplies. “They always have my medication and they can get difficult meds. If you need pain meds be aware you need 2-non narcotic per 1 narcotic to fill here. However if you're a reliable customer they will have your medicine every time. They also have a delivery service now ❤️? best $7.00 to spend. They can get cranky but when you're busy and have to keep stopping wouldn't you be too? Just a great place to get no hassle medicine and they have loads of $1.00 items”

“I had a high impact leg fracture. The hospital wanted to discharge me with a walker. No chance, I needed a wheelchair. Luckily, the hospital advised where I could get a wheelchair. I called Mar-J and they delivered to my hospital room. I live in a condo in highland Beach and without a wheelchair there would be no way I could've gotten by myself, I have no family or friends nearby. Sometimes you need and luckily Mar-J delivered. I hope my words keep this company empathic to those who are trying to navigate through their physical injuries. Wade”
“I went here to replace a 10-year old chair. Patrick, who took my order, answered every question and was meticulous in getting the measurements and specifications right. More recently I needed a very minor repair: a bolt holding the armrest snapped. He ordered a replacement and did a makeshift repair to hold me until the new bolt came—in and out within 10 minutes. When the bolt came in, he replaced at no cost—again, in and out within 10 minutes. It's a small store, so the floor selection is limited, but they can place orders. More importantly, they take good care of the customers as best they can. So long as the shop is run like this, I'll not buy medical equipment anywhere else.”

“I needed a wheelchair and one day later a high quality chair was delivered. The entire process was one of the smoothest processes I’ve encountered! I must acknowledge the two people who both went above and beyond to assist me. First we spoke with Sashra. She made sure my insurance was taken care of , not an easy task, and arranged for a special chair to be delivered. She was knowledgeable and she cared very much about getting my needs taken care of.
The next person I had the pleasure of meeting was Tray . Tray showed up early with the delivery. He was patient, kind and friendly. He knew everything about the equipment and he took his time teaching my husband and myself how to use the chair.
