“AMAZING Customer service, attention to detail, pricing, and selection! Being a relatively new ballet parent shopping for this specific gear is completely out of my expertise. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We needed ballet shoes and a leotard for an upcoming audition. We started by browsing the great selection of dancewear until we found the perfect leotard. Once we were done finding the right one, the sales team member already had the correct ballet shoes, in the correct color, and everything ready for as fitting! Ballet slippers where on the sales team member went straight to work checking a correct fitment in a variety of poses. The sales team member went twice to grab a different brand of ballet slipper to ensure the best fit possible was achieved. Not only showing incredible attention to detail but also a true passion for ballet and dance. I’m sure the other families buying ballet pointe shoes today received had the same experience. An experience of where the people running this awesome dance store not only have a passion for dance wear, but also the dancers who are in them. 10/10 will recommend. Great job!”

“The staff was great. There was a guy named Tyson who helped me pick out what I needed and he showed me everything I had a question about. Their displays are neat and well spaced and every price was large enough to see from a distance. I enjoy going to the store at Mary Esther Cutoff.”

“Visited this store on yesterday. Costumer service that I was given from Shannon an J was outstanding. Started with a gentleman that I believed may have been new. Shannon stepped in to help do teaching and training. Her personality and knowledge of what needs to be done amazing. J checked me out and his personality and eagerness to stay engaged. The two of them were amazing and I have came to this location several times and costumer service was not there.
I also visit the other location in mary Esther and Crestview fl. They need to send J and Shannon to these other location just to train on costumer service. I enjoyed my time in store.”
