The store manager is truly exceptional. She always greets people with a warm smile and treats everyone like family. Tonight, even with long lines and a busy store, she handled everything with ease and professionalism. She was assisting other customers, managing the flow, and running back and forth to make sure everything went smoothly. Her leadership and dedication really stood out.

“My job consist of being on our local roads 80% of the time, and of course bathroom breaks are on high demand. I pulled up to this 7-11 store# 35741 and already cringing about having to walk into a low lit, dirty bathroom because i’ve been in a lot of 711 bathrooms(tough), I was greeted by Mary, and I was so in shock. I walked into the cleanest bathrooms, I’ve had visited. I mentioned it to Mary and she was very appreciative to hear that. But u can definitely tell the staff cares about customer service and there customers.”
“I’ve been coming to this gas station since I first got my car. It’s one of the few places I feel comfortable at. It is absolutely a little old and grungy looking, but the people here are always friendly. In my 5 years of coming here weekly, I have never had a negative interaction with one of the staff.It’s a gas station. I don’t come here looking for people to kiss my behind, but they’re quick and polite and I keep coming back.”

“LOVE this place! Friendly staff, professional management, clean store, with great prices and a wide verity of items. Fuel station is big with lots of pumps, very easy to get in/out. Not sure what the silver and gold grade fuels are but I tried both and my car loved it!”

“Always have great experiences here with getting shots, purchasing items, photos. Lisa is the best representative of customer service anyone can ask for!?.
Today my husband and I witnessed her going above and beyond. A young man started to come into the store while we were checking with her-and she said “that’s usually not good!”
He ran back out to vomit in the plant area in front. (I think he was trying to make it into restroom or pharmacy).
We saw Lisa as we were pulling out of parking bring him some paper towels or tissue to wipe his mouth and a bottle of water. She is so caring and just wanted to make sure Walgreens knows how valuable she is!”
“I've got used to all the Circle k stores being out of creamer in the chilled dispenser. At least I can spend 30 minutes opening the tiny shot creamers.No problem, but I bet there's a pallet of unused creamer bags in the coolers.”

“Edit: end of 2025 to current my pharmacy experience here has made a 180 and the pharmacy manager is a rare asset in retail pharmacy.
initial: Zero warmth in the pharmacy staff. I had a prescription sent in on Friday and it was immediately placed on hold. I called and was speaking to someone on speaker phone about my prescription on hold; New flash! Multi-tasking leads to medication errors. Also, the technician at drive-thru (on Sunday) didn't even offer to speak with the pharmacist. I feel sorry for the patients that come here at their worst because there is zero empathy here. This pharmacy must be run understaffed like all of retail chains and that's not fair to any community. Remember every interaction can change one person's day for the better or for the worst.”

“This was my first visit here, so maybe I just got lucky (after reading the other reviews), but the place was incredibly clean, I tried the breakfast tacos at Loredo and the woman made them fresh from scratch and they were delicious, and the employees were very friendly and upbeat. This was my only experience at this station, but it was a great experience!”
“Lana went over the top when I didnt feel good enough to get out of my car. I have dehydration from working in the sun I needed some over the counter meds she got them for me and when I had to make a transfer to do tapp to pay which they usualy domt do !:) she was patient she will be a great doctor, lead pharmacy tech or something she desires one day
On the other hand Ashley can really work her bedside manner skills. She probably wanted to be a doctor and couldn't cut it. Extremely rude and somehow when she took over she decided to make my transaction go from 11.70. To 11.99 being rude knowing I didnt have a lot.”

“I had to fill up gas on my way to Orlando. Unexpectedly I made homemade sign language since I am Deaf so the female manager - Stephnie used sign language I didn’t have to use homemade sign language to her so talked in sign language!! So nice!!!”
