“I'm looking for a pretty specific couple of parts for my old guitar and called to see if they had them. Shane @ Marion Music had me bring my guitar body in and went through their whole part selection with me (including the used bin in the back for repairs) to see if he could help.We weren't able to find a good fit, but this service was above & beyond for a pretty small profit potential, and I'll be back in the future for repair needs or new gear as a result. They have a really broad selection of new & used instruments and I'm bummed I couldn't stay longer to explore. Thanks, y'all!”

“Jason is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on everything electronic it seems, it’s pretty impressive. He takes the time to share extra info on each part I have needed and also price compares. He has the best selection in appliance parts, so much so that two other electronic and appliance repair part stores referred me to him! I’ve purchased two appliance parts there in the past couple of months and he has exceeded my expectations and had exactly what I needed each time. Don’t be too shocked at the plethora of parts and the narrow pathway to move about, Jason knew exactly where to find the part I needed in the ‘organized chaos’. It appears that they definitely have plenty of inventory, I have no arguments with that! When I saw some reviews about not receiving the best greeting when entering the store but honestly, this isn’t Starbucks… I’d prefer having someone extremely knowledgeable and knowing what the heck they are doing and how to help you properly with the part you need over being bent over not being greeted as I walk in, any day! I HIGHLY recommend this place, Jason is awesome.”

“In the northern part of Palm ay there is many shops but the is one major problem that the street signs are not visuable A night or from sun down . They (city) needs to install walkways/ sidewalks. @ major intersection even and especially four lane highways no way to read road they should be posted @red light lines so as to read light and street you are @. In subdivision you have to be careful not drive in ditches along the streets.”

“I usually dread dealing with phone stuff but wow having Matt at this cricket store completely changed that. I came in to bring my number over expecting a long frustrating process. Instead I was greeted by someone who clearly knew exactly what to do. Matt made everything super easy, explained all my options and got me set up faster than I imagined.
You can tell a huge difference when dealing with Matt he was professional, friendly and knew the answers to every question I had. Honestly I've been to other cricket locations and none compare to this one now.
If your thinking about switching to cricket or need help with anything at all don't go anywhere else. Come to this store and ask for the manager. You won't regret it they've completely raised the bar!”

“I went to the metro store in the Publix plaza on palm bay Rd and Minton. I told the salesperson I needed a basic phone to add to my family plan. He tried to over sell me. I told him I will take my business to another metro store. He told me to expect the same. I went to the store on Malabar and met the representative "Jimmy" I am in my 50's ,used to be in sales so I know the tricks. Jimmy was fantastic! Knowledgeable, he knew the system, he understood what I was looking for, got me a lower price. I got real extras! He gave me exactly what I wanted without trying to over sell me. He was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend going to this store ask for Jimmy. A true professional,he won't BS you. Did I mention the extras? He REALLY HOOKS his customers up?”
