I did not receive instructions on operation of the car and there was no manual in the glove box. Fortunately my sister has a newer car and was familiar with some of the technology. From a company standpoint not the safest thing to do for the consumer or for your bottom line!

Jon B at the Indianapolis IN Alamo rental was fantastic. He met us with the car as we walked out there. He even helped us with our luggage.
