Avis preferred? What’s that? Doesn’t mean anything here lol Switching to three start for they finally did their job on the second try! they were able to get me the right car which did not smell like an ashtray!

Reserved a tesla for a 1 day work trip from Melbourne to Tampa for 1pm and had to wait 50 minutes for them to clean a tesla that just arrived. It was not fully charged, and I ended up having to stop and wait 30 minutes for it to charge. I ended up being late for a conference because of their lack of being prepared.
