“My primary branch is at 6430 N Wickham Rd, up in Suntree in Melbourne. I have never had a problem with any of the employees here in the 10+ years of banking here. Even through the death of my father, they were always understanding and helpful. Several employees have worked here and I have never seen or heard of any of the issues people have posted about here.Banks will be banks, and each one of them are different. That's why it pays to do your research first before choosing one. Don't blame the employees if you didn't get what you were looking for.”

They were very patient and kind, I have never done something like this before I am still very young and big things like this for me can be intimidating/scary for the first time, but they were patient with helping and explaining everything through each step.
