“My primary branch is at 6430 N Wickham Rd, up in Suntree in Melbourne. I have never had a problem with any of the employees here in the 10+ years of banking here. Even through the death of my father, they were always understanding and helpful. Several employees have worked here and I have never seen or heard of any of the issues people have posted about here.Banks will be banks, and each one of them are different. That's why it pays to do your research first before choosing one. Don't blame the employees if you didn't get what you were looking for.”

I had an amazing experience with Caralys Fernandez at Wells Fargo in Melbourne, Florida. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process so easy to understand. I felt completely comfortable with her — we laughed, talked, and honestly had a really great time.
Caralys is so genuine and kind, with an AWESOME vibe! She’s a super sweet person who truly cares about helping people, and it shows. Highly recommend seeing her if you need anything at the bank!
