“Impressive salespeople. I went in to look around and left with 2 complete bed sets for my new home. The salespeople, Melina and Elizabeth, listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect beds. They took what could have been a grueling experience and made it fun and delightful!”

“I had an awesome experience with BoxDrop Mattress Melbourne! I worked directly with Greg, who runs the place, and he was incredibly patient and took his time to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. There was never any pressure, and he gave me a great price — much better than my experience shopping at Mattress Firm. Delivery and setup were seamless, and everything looks awesome in my new bedroom. I also really appreciate supporting a veteran-owned local business. If you’re looking for a mattress in the Melbourne area, I definitely recommend stopping by and talking to Greg. Great service, great prices, and an overall excellent experience!”

“We felt very comfortable working with George from the very beginning. We had to leave and return another day, but he never pressured us, unlike our experience at another chain store out of state. He remained calm and provided all the information we needed for our return. Because of his excellent customer service, we chose to return to his store when we were ready to make our purchase. George listened patiently and presented the options that best suited our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with him!”

“I love the furniture selection and Stephany; Jordan and Chris provide excellent customer service. I do have an issue with the store manager who has lied to me on a few occasions. I ordered two items that were on back order. I still do not have my items and it's been months. The manager advised me on two occasions I would have them. To date, I am still waiting. I'm not sure if I would shop there again.”

“What a great experience! Ashley was a dream to work with. She let us take our time and was not not trying to upsell us. Too bad we probably won’t need to shop there again any time soon because we plan to keep our fabulous bed for quite a while!”

“I truly want to take a moment to recognize Ethan from Havertys Furniture for the exceptional service he provided us. From the very first day we walked into the store, Ethan made us feel welcomed, listened to, and genuinely cared for. Buying furniture for our new home was very important to us, and Ethan went above and beyond to make the experience special. He took the time to understand our style, needs, and what we were envisioning. His guidance, advice, and suggestions were exactly what we needed, and we always felt that he had our best interest at heart. What stood out the most was that Ethan never made us feel pressured. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about helping us find the right pieces for our home. We are absolutely happy with everything we purchased, and every time we look at our furniture, we are reminded of the wonderful experience we had. Thank you, Ethan, for making this experience so enjoyable and stress-free. Your professionalism and genuine kindness truly made a difference. I recommend Ethan 100%! If you’re looking for furniture and want someone who will truly listen, guide you, and treat you with care, ask for Ethan. You won’t regret it!”

“My design consultant is Cristina Plante and I could not be more appreciative. She has been gently guiding me through all the steps necessary to put together a dining room table and chairs. I did not see everything I wanted so we went step by step to put together what I wanted. It took me many visits to finally make up my mind as what kind of wood ,the colors, the kind of material I liked etc.. it all sounds simple but far from it when you're green like i am. I learned so much from her and Adrian the store designer and Cristina did not hesitate to ask another co-worker if she had a question. Not to say she was inexperienced. Great experience with Hudson's furniture store and everyone that helped with my choices and a big THANK YOU to Cristina Plante . Great learning experience for me”

“We had a great experience with Michael, he was very attentive as soon as we arrived, we asked to just let us look around first and if there was something we needed, we’d get him and he pointed out real quick where everything was located in the sections of the store, then when we were ready we asked for help from him and he was prompt to help us answering our questions and picking the best price for us, he was very knowledgeable, also, we were so pleased to hear that they had exactly what we wanted.”
