I'm unfortunately not within a means to buy the best mattresses, but I never wanted to be that guy that just goes in, lays on the beds, wastes time, walks out empty handed. Fortunately, Tyler and George gave me an excellent deal on a pair of pillows that I really loved! “My design consultant is Cristina Plante and I could not be more appreciative. She has been gently guiding me through all the steps necessary to put together a dining room table and chairs. I did not see everything I wanted so we went step by step to put together what I wanted. It took me many visits to finally make up my mind as what kind of wood ,the colors,the kind of material I liked etc.. it all sounds simple but far from it when you're green like i am. I learned so much from her and Adrian the store designer and Cristina did not hesitate to ask another co-worker if she had a question. Not to say she was inexperienced.

“I love the furniture selection and Stephany; Jordan and Chris provide excellent customer service. I do have an issue with the store manager who has lied to me on a few occasions. I ordered two items that were on back order. I still do not have my items and it's been months. The manager advised me on two occasions I would have them. To date, I am still waiting. I'm not sure if I would shop there again.”

“We love our sleepnumber bed. It was pricey as were the pillows, but so comfortable and flexible. Only downside is the split top king you end up with this crevice which is a bit uncomfortable if anyone ends up in the middle including kids and pets.”

We recently had the most incredible mattress-buying experience at BoxDrop Mattress in Melbourne. The owners, Greg and Syphay Heller, were incredibly welcoming, kind, and never pushy. They took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect setup at an unbeatable price.
We received a brand new mattress, adjustable base, and beautiful frame for 30–70% less than retail, all new in the box. It was an incredible deal that we couldn’t resist.
The same day delivery and setup were included for a small fee, and even the delivery driver, a veteran, was professional, fast, and treated our home with care. Everything was set up perfectly before Chris left.
Greg and Syphay went above and beyond by throwing in a free mattress cover and even a hat that says “I Love Jesus,” which meant a lot to us. It wasn’t just a purchase; it felt like doing business with good people who genuinely care.
What truly made this special was that we had initially planned to buy a frame from Costco and build something ourselves. However, after seeing the quality, pricing, and the way they run their business, it was a no-brainer. We are so glad we came here.
