“I'm a first time homeowner. I am *also* a first timer at shopping for myself and finding out what I like in a mattress and a pillow. Tyler and George were a huge help in guiding me through different types of mattresses from material to firmness.
I'm unfortunately not within a means to buy the best mattresses, but I never wanted to be that guy that just goes in, lays on the beds, wastes time, walks out empty handed. Fortunately, Tyler and George gave me an excellent deal on a pair of pillows that I really loved! I'll at least be able to improve that aspect of my sleep while I'm saving up and waiting for different deals and bargains.
First trip to a mattress store, and I had the best experience! :)”

“My design consultant is Cristina Plante and I could not be more appreciative. She has been gently guiding me through all the steps necessary to put together a dining room table and chairs. I did not see everything I wanted so we went step by step to put together what I wanted. It took me many visits to finally make up my mind as what kind of wood ,the colors,the kind of material I liked etc.. it all sounds simple but far from it when you're green like i am. I learned so much from her and Adrian the store designer and Cristina did not hesitate to ask another co-worker if she had a question. Not to say she was inexperienced.

“I love the furniture selection and Stephany; Jordan and Chris provide excellent customer service. I do have an issue with the store manager who has lied to me on a few occasions. I ordered two items that were on back order. I still do not have my items and it's been months. The manager advised me on two occasions I would have them. To date, I am still waiting. I'm not sure if I would shop there again.”

“We were out furniture shopping and happened to Google patio furniture while we were out and about, and this place popped up. Let me tell you… top-tier service right here.
We walked in and weren’t bombarded by salespeople. We had time to browse, and then someone came over to assist and answer questions. She didn’t hover, but she was always available when we needed her. It never felt pushy or uncomfortable like being on a car lot.
The showroom is beautifully laid out with so many options to choose from. We are in the beginning stages of looking for patio furniture, so we’re still trying to figure out exactly what we want, but this was a great place to start.
One thing I really loved was that they had displays of tables and chairs lined up side-by-side showing the different heights - bar height, counter height, and standard height. Sometimes it’s hard to visualize those differences, so that was incredibly helpful for me.
There were so many beautiful pieces that we even found ourselves wandering into other furniture sections because of the quality and design. Overall, great prices. Overall, I highly recommend checking this place out.”

“We love our sleepnumber bed. It was pricey as were the pillows, but so comfortable and flexible. Only downside is the split top king you end up with this crevice which is a bit uncomfortable if anyone ends up in the middle including kids and pets.”

“I had an issue with an order through the online system, and not only did Tyler refund me for the mishap (item ordered but never came, yet i still had an auto payment taken out) but he also waived my payment that was due today for another item, AND on top of that he asked if i still wanted the tv and said it would be free for today! Tyler really went above and beyond for me, making sure i was nothing less than satisfied. He asked me about three times if I still wanted the tv, he was determined to make sure i got what i had wanted. It’s Christmas so money is tight, and now I don’t have to worry about anything until after Christmas now.
