Derek is amazing! I’ve never experienced such outstanding customer service, it’s truly a lost art these days. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and maintained a calm, friendly tone no matter how many questions we asked. Derek went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help!
