Taryn was kind and gentle with them and she was patient when I told her about my dogs and how one of them gets nervous. I was told it would be about two hours for the both of them and she called me after an hour and 45 minutes. When I picked them up, she reported back about how well they did. They smelled and felt clean and didn’t seemed stressed at all. I was nervous to drop them off after reading poor reviews but I’m glad I did because it was a pleasant experience!

Since then, my family has also used them on numerous occasions with great satisfaction and “no complaints” for our cat and dog, as both of them are just like family to us, so care for them is very important. We would recommend them to family and friends!
Their reservation service is seamless to include great communication for confirming reservations, billing, etc.
Even when it’s busy, by phone and in person, the staff is always professional and caring for our pet family.
Additionally, during the holidays, we were in need of a last minute reservation due to a family emergency and accommodations were made which made a world of difference during what could have been a catastrophe as we had a non refundable flight, other arrangements and no where else to take our dog on such short notice.
Last but not least, Tony’s care and attention was top notch with taking care of our last minute needs and made us feel confident our pet last minute arrangements and pet needs would be met and taken care of. Thanks a million Tony for ALL you do, you are the best ever!

My 5 year old corgi Ace had a terrible emergency , he had to be rushed by me to the closet emergency care vet and I chose the closest one to me which was this Hospitol .I pulled in and the staff came out immediately as they saw I was having difficulty moving him. I was truly hoping against hope that we would be able to save him however my poor baby had lost too much blood. The doctor was so kind as was the staff as you can imagine I was not prepared to walk in with my sweet boy and not leave with him. The doctor assured me this was the best thing to do and I agreed , This happened July 13th and I am just now able to write this , I miss my sweet boy so much but I was thankful for the kindness this hospital showed me in my time of need. Believe me when I tell you they truly went above and beyond for me . I will forever be in their debt . Coasters became our new favorite restaurant on the Atlantic coast! We ordered a currywurst to share as an appetizer to share during the first half of the game, and instantly felt transported to a favorite restaurant in Germany. One brother lived there for a time near the turn of the century and when I visited him, we tried a variety of German dishes.
After feasting on the sampler platter during the second half of the game (which was plenty of food for 3 adults), we agreed that it would be hard to pick a favorite dish at Coasters. The schnitzel, the pork knuckle (I forget the German name), the spaetzle, the sausages, and everything else was delicious.
My brothers are beer connoisseurs and enjoyed the variety of options available at Coasters. Nathan, who welcomed us and checked in frequently to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, made the whole experience extra special.
I live in Sebring and will make the 2-hour drive to Melbourne again soon to share this wonderful experience with family and friends.
