Before I was getting a call within an hour to get my golden doodle he wasn’t dried and didn’t smell like he actually had gotten a wash. now it’s a good 3 hours which is really what it should be & he smells so good!! Stephanie is absolutely amazing & so loving! She really pays attention to detail & does the best ive seen! I’ll never go anywhere else! Adding pics of my teddy - Stephanie colored him for Easter for me ☺️

We initially had to muzzle her. They have worked with her to no longer need a muzzle and they give her so much time to become comfortable before touching her or beginning an exams. They have been so patient in establishing a relationship with her and have always been supportive in helping us care for all of our fur babies!

During such an emotional time, Dr. Hennessy and vet tech, Rachel, were truly exceptional. Rachel gently explained each step of the process, so we knew what to expect, which brought us comfort and reassurance. Dr. Hennessy treated Becca with the utmost kindness and respect, allowing us the time and space we needed to say goodbye in a peaceful, dignified setting.
While losing a pet is never easy, the empathy, patience, and professionalism shown to us made this painful experience a little more bearable. We will always be thankful for the compassionate care we received and highly recommend Island Animal Hospital to anyone seeking a veterinary team that truly cares.

She’s high energy & always comes home pooped (HT hangover). We enjoy seeing the pup pics they post during the day. They also have nice boarding facilities and we’re very comfortable leaving our dog in their care when we travel. Highly recommend to any pet parent in our community.
