So glad I came here. After hours dealing with the other guys, I was put to ease with the calm atmosphere and staff professionalism. Got a tracking number and was happily on my way. “I ordered a first Christmas tree ornament last November. It never arrived. Today, Feb 28th, I received an email from the West Melbourne Post Office to let me know my package with the ornament was there (it had been shipped to my old address in West Melbourne), they would hold it until Saturday before it would be discarded. I rushed to pick it up and, although I was told that they don't typically email about undeliverable mail, I had the email from Chantel, who told me they would typically dispose of undeliverable mail, but she opened it and saw it was a baby's first Christmas ornament with engraving. She found my email address on the receipt and emailed me. How unbelievably kind and I can't thank her enough for going out of her way to help!”
