“I scheduled a transmission fluid flush and replacement with new filter about a month and a half ago. During this scheduling I was quoted a certain price. This morning, while dropping off the vehicle, I was informed that the person who quoted the above work had no business providing such an estimate and actually no longer works for Glenn's... The actual price to do the work was much higher than the original quote.
Now as we know... this is exactly where a business and specifically its management staff defines itself... I too run a business and was curious to see how this would play out as I sourced the quote in good faith and I'm not the expert in this space.
To my more than pleasant surprise, Mike stepped in and honored the price quoted. For one, this creates a customer for life... but more importantly it creates a positive experience I will tell many about. The inverse outcome would have been equally as likely.

“I was driving down the freeway and my tire light came on. I pulled over and heard a hissing sound from a screw in the tire. I did manage to get the spare on.
Back on the road, I found Kendall Automotive just by chance.
The Service Advisor had me bring my car to the side of the building and a mechanic would meet me there.
It was a hot day and so I went inside to cool off while he repaired my tire in the heat of midday.
I could see him patching the tire and then taking the spare back off and replacing it with my newly repaired tire. He then put the spare back in its tire well and locked it in.
He had put everything back in its place.
The whole process took about 15 minutes.
I went to pay and the Gentlemen behind the counter said, No charge. I was shocked and also very thankful.
In this day in age when businesses charge 3% to a customer for using a VISA or an Airline charging more for an exit row, it's unheard of for a company to say... No Charge.
No Charge for the work, for the quick turnaround or getting me out of a jam.
I will definitely be back to buy new tires from Kendall, even though its 30 miles from my home.

“Between Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville, there are several BJ's gas stations...luckily, using the Gas Buddy APP, we found out that this one has the lowest price so we pulled in here to get some gas. It was $3.14 this morning. This BJ's gas is located right next to a regular BJ store, so it's convenient for those who want to fill up and do some shopping. This location is also close to many other retailers and restaurants like Walmart, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Popeye's fried chicken, Golden Corral buffet and much more....”
“I was in a pinch! My wheelchair van stopped running on a busy road. I limped it to Gattos when it eventually started and then quit again making me coast to Gattos. They helped me get it into their shop. Replaced the Cam sensors , all within 2.5 hours of getting there. They got me back on the road fast which I needed to help my mother (reason for the van) make it to her doctor's appointment. Problem fixed! I had no time to fuss as I was in from out of state visiting and having to take my mother from Assisted living to doctors appointment. Difficult to reschedule appointment. Fastest car service for any vehicle I've owned in years, especially since my van is a Nissan Van. They could have charged more as I was in a tight spot but they fixed the van for a reasonable price and got me going. Highly recommended!!”
