My Samsung went for a swimin my pool and was not recoverable. I went into the AT&T store in Merritt Island and bought a new phone and Jonathan helped me to retrieve almost all of my info and helped me to set my phone up to back up everything. I felt a lot better leaving the store than when I went in. Hope he's always there.
