“Called them up to ask if they replaced iPhone 6 batteries, they were very polite. Got to the mall a day later, (by the way, look for a kiosk in the middle of the aisle) and the person there replaced the battery within 30 minutes. Very reasonable!”

I worked with Jorge and he helped me for well over an hour with a phone upgrade and some other account issues and was very attentive and patient and took extra time and care to assist me and answer my questions. He truly wanted me to have a good experience and went above and beyond to provide great service.
