John Ramsey's Alignment Service is a trusted auto repair shop known for high-quality automotive care. Customers appreciate their ability to handle complex repairs, such as 4x4 conversions and lifts, with precision and attention to detail. The staff consistently do the job right the first time, ensuring proper alignments and tire setups. They excel in tire services, including balancing and proper installation, even lining up yellow dots on tires with valve stems and installing valve stem caps—features that many chain stores do not offer. The shop also provides effective solutions for cooling system issues, fixing radiator-related problems by repairing reservoirs instead of replacing parts unnecessarily. Customers report that their vehicles run smoothly after service, with improvements like elimination of shaking and steering wheel misalignment. The team is praised for their honesty, friendly attitude, and willingness to fix issues correctly the first time. Many clients choose this shop over dealerships or chain stores, noting better service and more personalized attention. Whether it’s tire installation, alignment, or other automotive repairs, John Ramsey's Alignment Service is a reliable choice for vehicle owners seeking quality work and excellent customer service.
I had a great experience coming to John Ramsey Evan and Tristan were great very professional. There’s a reason why they have been in business for so many years in Merritt Island. They are the pros. Very honest, hard-working family owned business.
