“I felt the need to leave a 5 star review based off my expierence with Jimmie Vickers Tires and Auto repair shop! I was doing delivieries and realised I had a flat tire , it was well after 5pm. I pulled up there and even though they were closed they still fixed my tire. They could have easily lied to me and told me that I needed a new tire but they didnt!!!!!!( it wasnt a nail, it was valve stem) They basically saved my life because I live in Melbourne!!!!!! They gained a new customer, so I will be back for a oil change and check up!”

We are out of state and travel to Florida for the cruise. Our car started overheating before arriving to our hotel and it was Saturday night. Sunday all repair shops were closed and I had no choice, but to leave my car at their shop, hoping they will figure out and fix the problem before we come from the cruise!
This is exactly what happened! The guy stayed in communication with me throughout the week and they were able to fix the problem and have my car ready by the time we come back from the cruise!

“Last Saturday my car stalled out in the rain ( not my doing), however I was left with the aftermath. After calling my local pepboys and being dismissed, I reached out to this location. Immediately after speaking with Emma, I felt heard and reassured. She informed me that they would be able to look at and service the car no problem. I set up a tow through pep boys for Monday. Sean was a pleasure to work with ( Able towing). In the mist of this I spoke with the store once more since Emma informed she would not be in on Monday, I happened to be speak with the store manger ( Kyle). He was a pleasure to speak with, listened to my concerns, and did not pressure me into any recommended service I wasnt okay with. All in all the car was promised Friday, car actually was done Wenesday. Thank you Jason for taking care of this for me. ( tech who serviced the vehicle)And is back running as it was prior to the incident. Merritt Island Pep Boys now has a new coustomer. All the tires come with free tire repair (example: nail in tire)& free rotation within a certain amount of miles driven (I can't remember at this moment).”
“Great experience Will was very helpful and thorough. Explained everything I needed to know and helped me out very kindly. I was in and out in under a hour. They took my donut off and found no issues with my tire refilled it back to where I needed and sent me on my way without trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. 2nd time there and will be coming back next time I need another tire.”
