Always friendly and helpful. I have accounts at Launch CU too since 1979. But I have been switching to SCCU over the years because of better loan rates and closer to our home.

Have been with this bank for years new management is not what it use to be had to close out a account and move to a different bank just because management would not help fix the issue .so all's good now still have my account with them wish I could have left the other to

The best banking experience I have ever had, hands down! I can't understand why anyone would deal with a traditional bank like Bank of America or Chase where they rip you off at every opportunity and their customer service SUCKS!
