The Beach Park Hotel offers great value for the price and an excellent location, being very close to Miami Beach and the iconic Miami Beach sign. There are plenty of restaurants right beside the hotel, and public transit and grocery stores are only a 5–10 minute walk away. Although the hotel is not newly renovated, it is one of the best options in the area considering the price and location. Overall, guests have had a positive experience at the Beach Park Hotel. The rooms are clean, and the beds are cozy. The hotel has a vintage, retro decor that starts as soon as you walk into the heritage-type building. While the elevator was out of order during some stays, the front desk staff was very helpful in answering any questions. The location is ideal, with the beach just a short walk away and numerous restaurants and bicycle rentals nearby. Some guests have noted a few minor issues, such as the air conditioning being difficult to control and the walls being thin, allowing noise to travel. However, the great price and fantastic location make the Beach Park Hotel a solid choice for those looking to stay near Miami Beach.
Elevator was not working so we had to carry our suitcases up the flight of stairs. I have a bad knee so that was a bit inconvenient. But other than that a really nice hotel.

This place is similar to Fort Pierce walmart. Its a bit of a dump. But if you need a shower or an alibi this is the place for you.
