The Fritz Hotel is a great hotel on Ocean Drive with an excellent location. It is steps away from the ocean and right on the beach, with all tourist attractions nearby. The views are to die for and beautiful, with the sea visible from the terrace. Guests can watch the night life from their bedroom. The accommodation is good, with rooms that are very clean, spacious, and wonderful. They have a great view and nice touches like marble flooring. The rooftop pool and terrace are very nice and amazing. The reception staff is super helpful, kind, very friendly, attentive, pleasant, and wonderful. They are known for being handy and going above to help guests. The hotel is a great no frills option. However, there is no daily room service or housekeeping within the first 48 hours, which can be a huge disappointment. Towels are not replaced and trash is not taken daily, with only one small trash can in the bathroom. The front desk is nice about providing fresh towels if needed. There is no resort fee. Although it is on a loud party street, the overall experience is great and many guests state they will definitely return.
Booked this hotel for a long weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. The view of the beach from the rooftop pool was Amazing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel is right across from the beach and walkable to anything in the area.

Fabulous customer service, booked last minute, reception staff and Manuel the manager was very helpful. Retro classic vibe. Hotel is in the prime location right in front of Miami south beach. I would definitely come back. Very nice rooftop pool.

Location is best asset. Not many frills, except they'll hold luggage after checkout. Otherwise, it's a spartan room with no shelves, dressers or hooks. Had to ask for hangers & laundry bags. Tile floor wasn't caulked & had a #;of loose spots.
