Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Miami Beach! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful beach area just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and South Beach. Highly recommend!

Staff was very friendly and responsive! Great location ! Although not a five star luxury hotel it had everything we needed before our cruise departure! Manager was great and all front desk staff were awesome!
