L Hotel is a cute boutique hotel in a central location super close to the beach. The staff is super friendly. Rooms are super spacious, nicely designed, and clean, with some offering a bay view. The location is good for walking up and down Collins Avenue to restaurants and the bay, with convenient beach access via vouchers. A little continental breakfast with freshly baked pastries is offered. There is a delivery service for food to your room. Some minor inconveniences noted include slow drains, a phone not working, lack of daily housekeeping, and no breakfast buffet.
Room was spacious. Cleaning is not too bad. Drains in kitchen and bathroom sinks were slow. The phone in the room wasn't working. Location is good. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. Breakfast was okay but they don't have a buffet.

Great customer service from the friendly staff. Very accommodating throughout and after my stay! Left my phone and they were beyond helpful in getting it mailed back to me. So grateful! Friendly staff, great view, good breakfast, and a clean establishment! You cant go wrong at The L Hotel.

Great spot! The staff was very kind and accommodating and the manager Micki was the best! Great location. I'd definitely stay here again. Had great access to all of my bachelor party events! Thank you L Hotel
