Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. I called the NYC store instead and was taken care of immediately

Lucas was hands down the best! He had a lot patience with me since I wasn’t sure about which size to take. Had to exchange for a different size two times because I still wasn’t sure and he remained the most patience and always delivering the best customer service!!! Always coming back to him specifically.
