I was in a bind and needed materials printed quickly for an event. Tey was awesome! I emailed the mock up, it was printed and cut within 15 minutes. It seems many folks knew her by name and are regulars. She balanced helping customers on the phone and in person all while being friendly and patient, and the only associate.
