“Amazing staff, specifically Angela (or the employee working morning of 8/24/2026). If you live in Miami Beach I high recommend using this location instead of the 15th and Alton UPS store.”

“Alexandra was very willing to help me when I needed it. Detailed. I do not know why that Carlos Garcia review says they don't ship things because They DO! My packages aren't in my imagination - they're real. Perhaps a new service? But, they are very professional. The best in the area for a professional ship-out. You can even have a courier drop-off what you need shipped, give Alexandra the information, and ship it that way. Excellent service!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was my first time visiting this FedEx location, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The process of printing and sending my document was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The print quality and paper were excellent, the store was clean, and there was a comfortable seating area while I waited. They also offer a great variety of printing options to fit different needs. Congratulations to the entire team! It’s refreshing to find a business that still believes in providing genuine, personalized customer service instead of a cold, robotic experience. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommended! ??”

“I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx located inside the Fountain View Hotel, thanks to Deshawn! He was absolutely incredible—professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. Deshawn understood our needs right away and ensured every detail was handled perfectly. Not only did he meet our expectations, but he exceeded them with patience, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. If you need to ship something and want it done right the first time, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Deshawn—he’s a total pro and a pleasure to work with!”

“We had some special parts to pack ready for collection and Adrian was very helpful in completing the pallet for pick-up. It would be a 5 star, but the bill at $650.00 I thought was high.”
