“They've had bad reviews recently, but that was the complete opposite of my experience. That could definitely be because of their employee named Alfredo at the packaging center. He was very welcoming and professional. He helped me wrap a package that I needed to send out and even assisted me in finding the cheapest option for the box. Exceptional service!!! They also have a very neat machine where you can scan your packages with labels already on them and get a receipt. No need to wait for someone to scan you label for you just to give you a receipt. GENIUS”
