Employees are nice but they charge a handling fee even for prepaid labels. Not sure if this is standard practice but not worth it. $30 for handling fee is insane with a prepaid labels. Go to the one on alton for a better experience

I requested black-and-white copies only, but the employee Edwin printed color copies without informing me. As a result, I was charged for color printing when I had requested otherwise. Dude scammed me for 100 bucks. P.s. came back,big Thanks to Employee Inna, she refunded me the difference, which was 76 bucks with change
