“I’m so glad I found Key Basis!! I had spent the whole night with food poisoning symptoms and was very dehydrated. I couldn’t even get up from bed. I texted them to see if they could accommodate me into the schedule and they said they could at 8pm at night which worked for me. The nurse that came, Emily, was very nice and I loved getting to know her a bit. She was gentle and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after the IV and it definitely helped me recuperate faster. I would recommend them and use them again.”
“The center is excellent, very clean, the attention of the doctors and nurses is very friendly, but I cannot give the same opinion about the receptionists, they are very poorly educated in the way they serve the client. It should be noted that not all receptionists are the times I have visited the center. center are 2 girls who have always treated me very badly.”

“It's going to be obvious what I post. But I do not take the heat well or humidity. I've been stressed and not eating well so while in line I passed out once and myeyes fluttered on the ground. When closer in the pickup I began to feel dizzy from the heat again and went to try and sit down and fell through the fence so my embarrassment for the day was complete.
I appreciate the people who helped me up and one of the ladies which worked there gave me water and a seat.
I didn't go this week but my roommates with their own food when I noticeably have very little stole what I brought one drinking from the drink when they are obviously sick. So unfortunately having less food I was after week before going to go today for them to steal more from me when I do not steal or take their things in such a manner.”

“I'm very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasn't painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.”

I was taken care of quickly both visits and I was in and out. The place looks clean. Parking can be a hassle since it is on a small lot and on a busy street. That’s the only downside.”

in which offers you a free HIV/STD test for everyone, service have never been an issue with me, yes, it is Miami and parking lots is always going to be problem anywhere you go, plus in a city where the amount of people is at vast, so come in early or be lucky. Test are done quick and if you have any questions there are doctors who provide answers for you with great attitude and attention. Medication is always available for you as long as you have insurance, they offer same day hand-to-hand if medication is available for positive results. They also offer an App through healthVana in which you can see your results privately and email/calls reminders for checkup. Last but not least they also deliver PrEP medication to your door. I hear and read many negative comments about this Center. As for me it has always been a great service and place to be attended.”

“I had an appointment and waited no longer than 3 minutes. The office was fast and efficient and I got out of there in time to take advantage of free parking (30 minutes or less!).”
“I've been coming to this location for over a year now, and I am needing to do labs about every 2 months. The location parking is a bit challenging because it is located in the same lot of the Jackson Hospital, so make sure to arrive early.
When I first started coming to this location, the front desk personnel (I think she was Haitian) was SUPER helpful and super informative with me. Made me feel comfortable when she would take my labs. I haven't seen her in a little bit, and the new person at the desk (Hispanic Lady) is as helpful and nice.
When I would get my labs done by the Hispanic phlebotomist Rosa in the beginning, she would be a bit cold and blunt. Was not friendly and even though I told her which arm was best to draw from, she still made me extend both arms for her to make that determination, like my experience is irrelevant. She was always fast and precise with her draw, but there was no warmth in her interaction with patients.
However, within the past 60 days, Rosa has made more of an effort to be more warm and friendly. She is not blunt and dismissive like she was in prior interactions. She is always great with my labs, as I am a hard draw due to thin and rolling veins. So that makes me come back because other places would sometime poke me multiple times. But this change in how she interacts with the patients make it easier to recommend this location.”

“I took my 88 yr old mom to get her labwork this morning to the tiny place inside Walgreens at 1695 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142. I must say the 2 ladies working there are the best! They were sooo very nice and patient with my mother. They definitely went above and beyond.
There was a lot of people waiting without appointments and they didn't stop at all, not even a bathroom break until they had taken care of everyone!
Very impressed by the service. Never expected it out of that tiny storage closet turned lab...lol
You should get them a window!!!!”
