Great location and close to the beach. Basic rooms but ok just to get ready and sleep in. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Great Location. Rooms need to be renovated. However, good option if just want a place to sleep and not spending much time in Hotel Room, which is located in a convienant location. We stayed here after our Cruise to spend a few days in South Beach before we headed back home.
