“This is my first time. Going to a public storage in Miami Beach. I had the pleasure. I’m doing business with Mike at the Location in Miami Beach on Dale ave. He has excellent Customer service. He explained everything to me. He showed me the different units that I could choose from. He try to find me the better price. Location explain everything how it works. How the insurance works and the add locks system. I definitely recommend Mike to move up in the Company. He gives the customer a full understanding and what is needed and makes the visit. Pleasurable where you wanna continue doing business with public storage. Thank you very much for your assistance and your Service once again, Nauri Choy, Happy Customer.”

“I needed a small storage space for some extra stuff, and Maddy helped set up my account. She helped me with everything and has always been so great, I really appreciate her friendliness and attention to customer service. Just found out she’s transferring to another store, and I’ll definitely miss her!”
