“Can’t say enough good things about 1 Hotel South Beach. I’ve stayed here before for work and always loved it, but coming back with my wife after our wedding and actually getting to enjoy the hotel without work involved made me appreciate it even more. Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at and a place I genuinely love coming back to.

Before our stay, I worked with Amelia from the concierge team and she was great. I mentioned we were coming down after our wedding, and she gave us a bunch of recommendations for our trip. We ended up trying two of her dinner recommendations and both were 10/10.

Our room was great as well. It was large, had plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was always kept up beautifully. It seemed like anytime we left for a while and came back, the room had been refreshed and was ready for us again.

The stay itself was a blast. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, the entire place just feels great. The staff, service, amenities, food, drinks, shops, and restaurants throughout the hotel are all awesome. There’s so much right there that you really don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to.

And of course, the pools and beach access are hard to beat. Being able to bounce between the hotel, pools, and beach throughout the day is probably one of my favorite parts about staying here.

“First time at the annual kite festival today and really loved it. It’s a beautiful spectacle and there were so many giant kites like I’d never seen before. There was an enormous amount of food trucks for every taste, plus activities for the kids and very organized parking. Like every major event, there is a good amount of traffic since it drives a large crowd, but it was a great day overall.”

The bartenders Gabriel and Joseph (at the living room) never fail to make delightful drinks, the beach employees are wonderful at making us feel welcomed and making sure we have everything we need, specially Dwi and Agusto.Tyler and Wagner at guest services go above and beyond each time! Truly a magical experience. 10/10 recommend.”

“Stayed at The March Hotel Miami Beach for 4 nights and honestly had an amazing experience. The property is clean, elegant, and has a very charming boutique hotel feel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and very walkable, making it easy to explore Miami Beach on foot.

The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made resting after long days out much easier. The bathroom was also well designed and stocked properly. I also loved the mini bar selection, nicely stocked with a good variety, which added a premium touch to the stay.

While the hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool, they make up for it by providing bicycles and access to umbrellas and beach lounges on South Beach nearby, which was actually very convenient and thoughtful.

This review would honestly be incomplete without mentioning the amazing staff. The front desk team were always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mili and Victoria, they went above and beyond during my stay. Whether it was helping me when I had issues accessing my room, recommending the best coffee shops and restaurants around the area, or even giving me travel advice for my next destination, they were absolutely wonderful and made the experience much more memorable.

Overall, this is an amazing property with great hospitality, excellent location, and a stylish boutique atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.”

“We wanted to experience being at the Fillmore Jackie Gleason Theatre and we opted for Jorge Drexler concert. Even though we did not understand most of what he sang in Uruguayan Spanish (I’m assuming), we appreciated the beautiful melody of his songs (mostly sambas) and some audience participation he encouraged.
The theatre brings you back to what I envision looks like a theatre in Havana - moody ambience w memorabilia and Miami Beach art deco architecture. There are food and drinks for sale and you can bring these into the theatre. Valet parking was available and that’s what we opted for. We left 3/4 of the way to avoid the long valet wait at the end.
All in all, an authentic experience in Miami Beach!”

“Our stay at this hotel was amazing. It was so clean. The location was perfect. We didn’t actually eat at the hotel as we did not include this in our booking but i can imagine the food being just as good. All staff were friendly, especially Philip when helping us to check out. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower and the sink. However, overall an amazing stay, would definitely book again.”

“Staying at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach absolutely made our honeymoon. We had a setback and because of weather our flight was cancelled and we missed being able to get on our cruise. So we pivoted an decided to stay at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and we're so glad we did. All of the staff we interacted with was fantastic, helpful and welcoming but the Club Lounge staff (Blair, Ben, Luis and Alexander) were absolutely phenomenal. They heard our story and surprised us with an upgrade. They were always so kind and welcoming too whenever we came into the club lounge. The day before we checked out the club lounge staff gave us a picture frame with a picture of me and my husband as a parting gift.

The beach was where we spent a lot of time. The beach attendants we're great and supper welcoming. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature.

If a person is going to stay I highly recommend staying at a room with the Club Lounge amenities, that made our trip hands down. And as mentioned above, the staff are fabulous.

I would absolutely, 100%, recommend anyone to stay at this location. The service and the genuine care the staff have for the guests good beings words.”

“Overall, this was a great property — you can definitely tell everything is brand new. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt upscale and welcoming. The pool area is spacious, though it can get crowded during peak times, especially in the adult section where finding chairs can be difficult.

A few things to note. First, the adult pool rules were not enforced. Each day, there were children in the adult pool with no parents nearby, despite clear signage and a separate family pool only steps away. Second, poolside service was inconsistent. I spent about four hours at the pool without once being asked if I wanted another beverage, even though several staff members were stationed nearby. I experienced something similar at the lobby bar, where service felt inattentive despite it being nearly empty. Lastly, some pricing felt unusually high — specifically the morning coffee. A standard drip coffee was $9 and an iced latte with regular milk was $13, which stood out since the cocktails and food otherwise felt reasonably priced for Miami Beach.

Overall, would I stay here again, yes.”

“Took a quick weekend trip here and left in complete awe. The entire experience was fantastic. The little details and staff friendliness really make you feel special. We typically like to explore new areas, but we just couldn't bring ourselves to leave the pool, beach, and restaurants on site.”

“I've spent the whole weekend hanging out by the pool, beach, and walking the boardwalk. It was so much fun to just wander without any agenda. The Marriott property is really nice and includes some great amenities by the beach. No complaints. Perfect location. Beach access. Lots of little perks like the art deco walk and 3-5pm Gelato.”

“From the moment I arrived, Quevie made my birthday stay feel truly special. She was so warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, and I could tell right away that she truly wanted my experience to be the best it could possibly be.

I chose Holiday Inn Miami Oceanfront to celebrate my birthday because of the great value, the beautiful beachfront location, the pool, the yoga classes, and the delicious breakfast. I also wanted a spacious and comfortable room where I could enjoy this special time with my mom and my daughter.

She really listened to what I was hoping for and did everything she could to make it happen. She helped make sure we had a beautiful, spacious room facing the beach, which made my birthday feel even more special.

What I appreciated most was how attentive she was throughout my stay. There were a couple of small things that needed to be taken care of, and she handled them so quickly and smoothly. I never felt like I had to worry about anything because she was always available, proactive, and ready to help.

More than anything, She made me feel genuinely cared for. She was professional, sweet, and incredibly thoughtful, and that made such a difference in my experience.

I left with such a beautiful memory of my birthday stay with my mom and my daughter. I’m truly grateful to Quevie and the entire team for making it so comfortable, special, and memorable.
