This Wells Fargo Bank location on Alton Road in Miami Beach is a great place for all things banking. The staff is very friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating. Customers report a really good experience every time, with efficient service that can get them in and out quickly. The branch offers personalized attention and empowering everyday banking with self-service tools. It is noted for having the nicest and hardest working people on the team.
One teller working while five people wait is wild. Every time I come here I wait 30 minutes for a teller. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of wasting time and I am forced to move my deposits elsewhere.
