South Beach is an intimidating area and the staff was warm and welcoming. Stylish and on trend.Here’s my story: I was gathering things I wanted and trying on fabulous jewelry. In the process I took off two very valuable rings. One of which was my wedding ring. I had to leave suddenly and was planning on coming back. Long story short I had to leave suddenly and planned on coming back. I couldn’t get back before I had to catch a plane to Denver. On the plane I realized I didn’t have my rings!I couldn’t do anything about it till the next day. I reached out and they had my rings safely in their safe. Lauren the manager remembered me when I called and couldn’t have been nicer!! I could go on and on. But long story short I was treated so well. Placed a small order but was treated like a queen. And I have my rings on their way to me.Love this store and the staff is beyond great!!!”

The Miami store in South Beach: I always drop in when I'm in the area at least to get away from the frenetic pace of Lincoln Road & to smell the candles. And I always buy something-- the aforementioned candles, vases, shorts, tops, greeting cards. On my last foray into Anthro I had a delightful interaction with the lovely Beli. She helped me purchase a beautiful blouse & an adorable purse that could pass for a designer one that would be 10x the price of this one. Beli has so much patience -- I can be a handful. All the other salespersons last Friday night were helpful too. This trip I missed visiting with the charming Giada but I look forward to seeing her next time.”
