“I went to Lincoln Road about a week ago, specifically to visit the HOKA store, and it was an incredible experience. This experience would not have been the same if it hadn't been for Carol, who was the one that helped my mom and me find the right shoes. My mom suffers from plantar fasciitis, so she needs shoes that can accommodate her special insoles. Carol brought out as many shoes as possible to make sure my mom felt comfortable walking in them. She is an amazing human being and provided us with excellent customer service. I could tell that she knows a lot about the brand's shoes, and she is always happy to answer as many questions as you have. So, if you're planning to visit the store soon, you should definitely ask for Carol!”

“I bought my Crocs at this store while I was on vacation, and I had such a great experience! Victor helped me and he was absolutely amazing, so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. He even took the time to help me customize my Crocs with Jibbitz charms, and I was so happy with how they turned out! 😊
There was also another employee who spoke French, which was such a nice touch and made the experience even more enjoyable. The whole team was welcoming, and the store had such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
