“I had a great experience at this Walmart Auto Care Center. When I arrived, there was a line and all the technicians were busy. I needed to replace my battery under warranty and expected to wait for a long time.
Instead, the manager came out himself, didn’t try to send me somewhere else, didn’t ask for an appointment, and didn’t make it complicated. He simply took the keys, grabbed the tools, and replaced the battery in about 5 minutes.
No unnecessary talk, no delays — just fast and professional service. After finishing, he wished me a good day and went back to helping other customers.
