“The pickup process was very easy, and this was my first time renting a car from them. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this location. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and efficient.
The only area for improvement would be offering an after-hours drop-off option. Currently, vehicle returns can only be made during business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), which may be inconvenient for some customers. Other than that, everything was excellent.”
