“Car rentals can be a nightmare but the customer service at this location made the short wait for our vehicle bearable. We were accidentally sent to a Hertz location that was no longer in existence after booking on Priceline and after calling 2 locations that were charging us extra fees, Calvin was extremely helpful in getting us the vehicle we reserved at this Miami Gardens 441 location- for the same price we expected to pay. For that alone I'd come back to this location again. He also took pre-inspection photos himself and emailed them to us to save us time. The only issue was our rental had a half tank of gas upon receipt. I will update this review after returning our rental, but I don't expect any issues.”
