They were very patient with me over the phone and answered all my questions about the cost of the visit and what to expect. I also feel like we were in and out of there the day of our appointment but in a good way. The doctor took his time to examine my dog and prescribe what she needed. My dog is doing so much better. The only thing i have trouble with is ordering my dogs food… everytime i place an order for the food that the vet told me to buy, the vet office gives me so much trouble getting it approved… i always have to call back over and over and waste my time trying to get the dog food ;/ Other than that the service is great and the vet is very knowledgeable”

My 13-year-old shih tzu had a large mass that had been growing over the years, and I was hesitant to have it removed due to fear of complications. However, when the mass reached 10 cm, I knew it was time to act. I am so grateful that I chose Just Paws for the surgery. I dropped off my dog in the morning and picked her up in the afternoon. It's been a little over 24 hours since the surgery, and she seems completely unfazed by it. She's happy and eating normally.
