“I worked with Noah on a James Baroud Evasion RTT and the Family room. He answered every question I had and gave me advice that made sense to me. Most of this occurred on a Saturday, which I thought was going above and beyond. He spent around an hour with me. He wanted to make sure everything was going to be correct so I even sent him pictures of my truck set up.

“I felt compelled to leave a review today. First I believe United Thread to be the best local embroidery supply source. I called on Thursday to place an order for pickup on Friday. I was told that 2 items would be unavailable until Monday but could be shipped to me. On Friday I was greeted at the gate by this nice gentleman (I should get his name one of these days) who told me that my 2 items were now available for pickup. There’s nothing more to say than the fact that they believe in great customer service and have the best embroidery supplies. Thank you!”
