“I have to say that Costco is not my cup tea. It is crowded and I am a bit of lone wolf and avoid big crowds. That said, I did go today (august 12, 2023) with my wife (she is certainly a Costco fan when it comes to pumping gas) right before closing, so while I was pumping, I had a red cone behind me. Since I had an RV ahead of me still pumping and the cone behind, I did not know how to get out once finished. To make matters worse; I had a car a next to me but sort of blocking my Rear as well. When I asked the driver to please back out because i did not think I could move the cone behind, the driver had a bit of an attitude, but at that juncture, Will (Costco attendant) showed up, moved the cone and immediately addressed the driver for his rude behavior in a professional manner and diffused what could have escalated into an altercation. Please let this review serve as a commendation for “Will”. His professionalism was exemplary and I sincerely wish him nothing but professional growth within the Costco ranks.”

I found the store very similar to the other ones in the South Florida area, what is a bit annoying is that you have to stand in one line to get to the registers...it does not matter if you have one or two items or a cart full....It would be nice to have one for the self checkout registers and one for assisted check out....I think that would go faster...IMHO.”
