“Just had my first work out at Sweat440. The class was hard but manageable. Lucia walked us through and gave us a detailed explanation of how things work and checked in with us throughout the workout. Apollo was alongside us the entire time helping us with our form and coming up with creative ways to keep us engaged. He’s truly awesome. 10/10 would reocmmend. (:”
