The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”

“This is worst T-Mobile in town! the staff overlook you and are not knowledgeable about promotions or next steps if you have a problem with your phone or service. My 75 year old mother asked if their was anything they could do about her being locked out her phone and one of the sales techs was talking loud and being belligerent by saying, "If I knew what to do about that I must know all your personal business." All he had to do was to say he couldn't do anything for her or did not know what to do. I had a bad experience there myself. The staff there is prejudice against black customers and the management is unprofessional.”

He graciously and without hesitation donated Solar Eclipse Viewing glasses to my classroom so that the students could experience the upcoming phenomenon. He was helping another customer, but made sure to acknowledge me as I waited. Anyone wanting great service should go to this location.”
