“It is a great opportunity to get an advantageous family plan 4 lines for 100 when you switch. It also has optimal service in all states, making it an offer worth considering. My experience with Boost is great and the best thing is that the chosen plan does not change and is fixed. Recommended 100%.”

“Out of all my experiences I have had this was the best one by far. I’m a long time customer, that is saying quite a bit.I was immediately greeted by Michael, even though he was helping another customer. Once he was finished, it was like a breath of fresh air. I told him my situation and he immediately looked into my account after and said I had 3 lines due for an upgrade. I was told by another store no one in south Florida has. Bueno (well) , in Hialeah garden, they have plenty.I realized when I was receiving one of the best customer service experiences. 2 other people came in the store and they did not mind waiting. I think because they new they were going to be taken care of by the employees in this store. This store handled various situations while I was there professionally and customer service was off the charts! I walked out of that store with a pretty big smile.Thank you Michael for all your help and addressing all my issues”

Monica was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I needed. She took the time to walk me through my options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with the best plan and phone for my needs. Her professionalism and genuine care for her customers really stood out. Monica went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her help. T-Mobile is lucky to have her!”

“We had a great experience at this store today, not sure why all the negative reviews. The gentleman that greeted us when we arrived was very polite. Jose Perez was the representative who helped us and he was awesome! He was quick and efficient considering we purchased 3 new phones and a tablet and had to transfer from the old phones. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Great customer service! We'll definitely be back to this store for any future xfinity needs.”
