I visited on a Thursday around 11:30 AM, hoping to beat the weekend crowds. While it was quite busy, the lively energy only added to the experience. One thing to note, you order at the counter before taking a seat, and they bring your food to your table. I can see this being a challenge during busy peak time if you want to sit and eat. The menu is impressively extensive, featuring a wide array of delectable options. I opted for the "Bonjour Madame," which included a buttery croissant with ham and cheese, delicious French toast topped with fresh berries, scrambled eggs (I chose not to have poached egg which is featured on the menu), crispy bacon, and a delightful bowl of Greek yogurt with fruits and honey. Each element was delicious and expertly prepared. I also had the crème brûlée latte, which was a standout! It arrived at the perfect temperature, definitely a plus, as many cafes serve their drinks lukewarm. To satisfy my sweet tooth, I indulged in a raspberry cream-filled croissant to go, which was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal. The staff deserves an A+ for customer service. They were super friendly and attentive, they made the experience even more enjoyable. They kept the tables clean and provided quick service, making it evident that they care about creating a pleasant dining environment. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, it is a great spot to relax and soak in the ambiance. While the prices are a bit higher, they align with the quality of food and the overall experience provided by this charming cafe. Lastly, the cherry on top is the no-charge parking, making it convenient to visit. If you are in search of a cozy, Parisian-style cafe with excellent food and service, Vanilla Espresso is the place to be! It is definitely a perfect Instagram spot, too!

Caution Nutrition - Smoothie Bar and Healthy Spot
14660 NW 60th Ave, Miami LakesIt’s always a little awkward to go into these places just for the shakes when you’re totally anti-fitness culture like me haha but it is definitely worth it because they’re delicious. Elias was super nice and I would definitely come back. He was very genuine and friendly. In a way it’s a whole fascinating species of people to observe: these cross-fitters. I sit there on the little plastic couch, sipping my blueberry cheesecake smoothie asking myself: why would these people do this to themselves ? Anyways, I give it 4 stars because the Energizing/Refreshing teas always have this slightly chemically taste to them and because the area itself is not very pretty/neat in terms of the counter/decor and paper menus.

The café itself is very cute, with a cozy vibe and a touch of elegance since they also serve wine. There isn’t indoor seating, but there are a few small outdoor tables where you can sit and enjoy. It felt like a perfect spot for a quiet coffee break or catching up with a friend.
Overall, I loved the atmosphere, the friendly service, and the quality of the drink. Definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!
