“We recently visited this veterinary clinic with our Chihuahua, Nappi, after moving to Florida from Finland. We needed to make sure she had the necessary medications and was properly protected here in Florida.
The entire veterinary experience was very different from what we are used to in Finland.
Veterinary care in Finland is also of a very high standard, but the way the animal is treated and cared for is quite different. In Finland, the focus is often primarily on the medical procedures themselves, whereas here, the emotional experience of the animal seemed to have such an important role as well.
Nappi has never been kissed, cuddled and spoiled so much outside our home. She is normally a very timid dog who is afraid of unfamiliar people, but here she received so much kindness and attention that she was almost too overwhelmed by all the love to even have time to be nervous. ❤
The combination of such high-quality veterinary care and such genuine attention to the animal as a whole is something that has honestly left me incredibly impressed.

“I’d give 6 starts to everyone in this clinic, from the front desk to the vet. You guys were amazing! Got my 3 pets there (1 dog and 2 cats), quickly the vet and her assistant took care of them. Never seen my pets behaving so well. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful since my first phone call, getting Health Certificates done and we were good to go in minutes. They really took good care of us, lovely people ❤ I wish I knew you guys before, now that we’re moving out 🥲 Best price as well, I quoted with at least 3 different clinics. Thank you guys 🙏🏼”

“We recently arrived in the United States and brought our little dog Peter from Colombia. I reviewed the veterinary clinics in the area a lot via Google and read every comment trying to find the best option for our dog son before being here. Now, thank God, I had already decided that in case of an emergency or any new development in Peter's health, I was going to go to Dr. Moreno and so it was. Peter had some discomfort, he was not breathing well and his eye was extremely irritated. I immediately went and they took care of me without any problem. Excellent service, all the staff are wonderful, friendly and empathetic. The treatment was more than successful and Peter perfect in a couple of days. Thank you God and thank you to the people who take a moment to comment on their experiences and help those of us who need to make decisions. “Just another amazing reminder why I go to the small hometown animal hospital, and not the corporate chain. My dog just got seen approximately a week ago for treatment. He was having filming at the mouth and the doctor saw him right away. Luckily, my dog was okay and he had no issues. The doctor was so nice that he waved the visit fee.
