“I'm only going to give 5 stars for the attention of the administration girls and Dr. Grisel Delafe, who are super friendly, and they make me feel so confident, I have already visited this clinic several times!! The truth is that I am disappointed in the attention of the dentist and the assistant, I don't know what tools she put in my mouth, it hurt a lot and I took it out and put it back in all the time because I didn't know how to fit it or I didn't know how it was going! (I hurt myself under my tongue and palate) the dental doctor didn't give me any solution!!! I went with my wisdom tooth in too much pain and he was not able to tell me what medications to buy and he told me to go to the emergency room in case I had an infection that they would treat me there!!! 1st, I pay for him to take care of me, not for him to send me to another place! I'm going so they can give me solutions! He only treated me for two seconds and hurt me and that's it!! What attention is that? Omg I don't recommend it, it's very expensive and even more so when you have to do a lot of studies!”
“I can’t give Dr. Stone enough praise. The staff is always so attentive, empathetic and patient. Dr. Stone does a wonderful job at explaining what is going on with your pet and provides clear instructions on what to do to nurse them back to normal. I drive all from Miami dade county because of how caring he is with my little senior poodle.”

“I brought my cat here to get her spayed and everyone was so nice and friendly. The prices definitely beat any other place , they don’t try to upsell anything and are honest about additional procedures. But most importantly my cat Selene was comfortable, healing went well and she is in recovery now. I had a concern about how her surgery site looked, sent them a picture and they got back to me right away reassuring everything was going well. Highly recommend them!❤️ thanks to the whole team”

“Palmetto Animal Clinic has been my dogs medical care center for more than 15 years. First they saved my dog form a parvor virus after a failed diagnostic with another vet; and that’s how I stayed forever with them. Dr Oliver is the best and the staff are amazing. Today I had to put my baby Blacky (15 years old) to sleep ?. The empathy, compassion, support went beyond. Martica( staff) her words felt like I was talking with my mom. I’m so grateful with them because they made this painful moment warmest, supportive and familiar. Thank you so much for all you did for my baby, and I Highly suggest this Vet clinic for your pet, they will treat you as family.❤️”

“Dr. Lexy was amazing! The front desk staff was polite and actually acknowledging my cat. Having come out of a really bad experience from another clinic, I was relieved to be able to deal with professionals with compassion, expertise, and reassurance. Dr. Lexy was able to sort out what could actually be going on with my cat and we are starting from the bottom through a process of elimination that I can actually afford. Last place was trying to run me up for over thousands of dollars in tests..where here I left paying under $200. I feel reassured and satisfied we are on a good path to help my cat get better. This experience was night and day from this other place and I am so grateful <3”

“I've been taking my cats here for several years and I love the way Dr. Bennett and her staff treat my babies (and me). Their care and service are first class! I love how they entrust me with the care of cat rescues that come in to their clinic, some with very special needs (injuries, diabetes, abandonment, etc.). Over the years, I've learned from them how to administer subcutaneous fluids, give medicine by the mouth, and give insulin shots in order to care for cat babies with these and other special needs. I've also had to learn various behavioral strategies in order to handle and care for the really hard cases. So, I'm here to learn so I can continue to help them out with cat rescues in need.”
“We recently arrived in the United States and brought our little dog Peter from Colombia. I reviewed the veterinary clinics in the area a lot via Google and read every comment trying to find the best option for our dog son before being here. Now, thank God, I had already decided that in case of an emergency or any new development in Peter's health, I was going to go to Dr. Moreno and so it was. Peter had some discomfort, he was not breathing well and his eye was extremely irritated. I immediately went and they took care of me without any problem. Excellent service, all the staff are wonderful, friendly and empathetic. The treatment was more than successful and Peter perfect in a couple of days. Thank you God and thank you to the people who take a moment to comment on their experiences and help those of us who need to make decisions. If you read me, don't hesitate to go to Sunshine Animal Hospital in Pembroke Pines. Thanks to the entire team and the Dr. for being so kind to Peter and his mom.”
“Dr. Dominguez performed an anal sacculectomy on my dog, Topher, in January. He did a beautiful job and despite my dog being 15 years old, he recovered fantastically. I highly recommend him as a board certified surgeon. Topher recently passed away due to other causes, and wanting to send Dr. Dominguez a thank you gift, I called the clinic. Upon asking if the manager or Dr. Dominguez was in, I was deliberately hung up on immediately - not once, but twice. I feel like I should communicate this because if I was the business owner/manager, I would want to know.”
“We had my pet fixed here and everyone was very respectful and kind to my pet and myself as I explained to them that our pet doesn’t get along with other animals due to the fact that she was attacked as a baby and now dislikes animals they respected that and kept animals separate from her. I appreciate it a lot it means a lot they are honestly the best place I ever had”
“Dropped my cat off today at approx 8am (this Vet honors the SNIP voucher broward county supplies to low income individuals such as myself) and by 1230pm they were calling to let me know it went well and i can pick up my critter! The receptionists were super nice and although very busy they juggles everything very well! Waiting room was pleasant and clean Cody was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a kind manner. There have their own dedicated little lot for parking even though theyre in a strip plaza and it was well maintained with spots clearly marked (yes handicapped spot right up front ramps and everything) i definitely recomend these wonderful peoples for your critter needs! Everyone was empathetic and warm and made me feel comfortable while I had to say goodbye to the best girl in the world. My best friend, my true love Jessie James. She was my beautiful 15yr old tuxedo cat who was never sick a day in her life. But, unbeknownst to any of us, her sudden demise took us all by surprise.
