“My mom broke her phone. I needed an inexpensive replacement. I went to two other locations that had no reasonable options and didn't care if we had one. Then I found this location. We were greeted by Jacob with no wait time. I explained what we needed and he took us right to an affordable phone. He helped set it up as I had to piece the old together to get it working. He was helpful, patient and so kind. This will be my go to location from now on !! Thank you, mom's happy ☺️”
