I decided on Citibank, I came to this location to open my account. Now i realize I could have done it online, but that would not tell me how the service at the bank itself is. The lady that helped me open my account was so nice and helpful with everything. She answered all of my questions about the accounts they offer. She in detail explained to me the best and easiest ways to avoid the monthly fee of only 10 dollars. I have stopped into many other branches aside from this one and everyone is so nice to me. I calling the customer service is a pleasure not like with Bank of America. I call and the hold is so much shorter. I am very satisfied with this choice in bank so far. Also they have ATMs in so many places, Publix, gas stations and malls. Very convenient!”

Its a place where you won't have hot flashes because the place looks just so far out to the right, they don't want anyone else in the space. This Wells you can mostly use without a lot of hassle. You'll get waited on by a female teller or hopefully even bank manager who is not some mafiosi looking fat guy in a suit as in some of these banks here in Miami.”

“I went to this Wells Fargo location on a Monday afternoon. There was three tellers available and about five personal bankers. There was also a staff member by the door answering questions/helping guide customers in the right direction. The line was fairly quick and I was helped by Henry, who was gracious and helpful. Overall, my experience at this WF bank was pleasant. Even though it appears as if they share their parking spaces with the hotel next door, they have plenty of assigned parking spaces for the bank.”
