“I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia to Rick Case with a coolant leak. It took two weeks to find the cause of the leak and two more weeks to be approved with my Mopar extended warranty. Mopar denied the approval and the cost of all the things needed to be fix was 8,000 dollars. I was desperate and looking in Google I found Alfa Garage. I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I called and George answer the phone. I explained my situation and he gave me reassurance. That same day he make arrangements with a tow truck and took my car from the dealer to his shop. In two weeks my car was fixed and for less than half the cost at the dealer. He fixed the coolant leak, an oil leak, brakes, the front bumper, etc. I thank God to let me find George. I live in Cooper City but I am going to take my car to Alfa Garage from now on for maintenance and anything that my car needs. Thank you, George.”

So to start off I’d like to say that when you come to Doral Collision your feeling of uneasiness immediately changes. Not only can you see that you are working with professionals, but you feel as if they have your back. I came in with my Mercedes S580 after someone hit the side of my car, & I am leaving today feeling as if I was driving out of the dealer. Perfection is an understatement when it comes to Doral Collisions quality of work. I was first greeted by a beautiful young lady named Hillary, she’s as sweet as they come. Then I was dealing with a gentleman named Anthony that handled the majority of the repair process when it came to communication in between the shop and I. Finally I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Roly Sr & Roly Jr, and now I see why this organization runs the way it does. I am proud to be part of the family. “Great service and friendly, respectful staff. I had a nail in my front tire and needed it patched .Chris, at the front desk, was able to accommodate us and within 45 min we were out of there. The owner was nice enough to get me a " cortadito" at a nearby Cuban cafeteria. Robert, who also helped us, was very kind and is a dog lover. Needless to say, the shop was pet friendly since we had our Pomeranian and Yorkie with us. For sure, I will go back if I need further work done in my car.”

“Ron and the lady at the front office (I forgot her name) were amazing! We were traveling from Atlanta and were in Miami for the week when my car threw a check engine light. Ron and his staff quickly figured out the problem and ordered the new part I needed. They gave me a discount on labor when the part was more expensive than they thought. We came in around 11 and were back on the road by 2:30! The next day, the plastic water guard cover at the bottom of my car came loose and started to scratch the road when I was driving. I took it back to this place and they fixed it in literally 5 mins with no charge! As a woman in her early 20’s, I always dread going to the mechanic out of fear of being taken advantage of. Ron and his staff were always so honest, fairly priced, made sure I understood the issue (without talking down to me) and made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever felt at an mechanic shop. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!”

“As I was having an issue on my Atlas, I was recommended this place by a friend. I had the pleasure to meet Juan who has been amazing.He took the car in the morning, ran a series of diagnosis to understand what was going on, called me back couple of hours later, explaining me the issues and suggested me to call a VW dealership as he thought my car would still be under warranty... it turned out it was!Honesty is what we should all expect but it's unfortunately not the norm anymore, which is why I wanted to take a comment to highlight it.I will come back to Juan without a doubt next time I am in need and could not recommend anyone enough to give this place a try if you need help with your car.”

“I came to Mike’s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike’s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike’s. “Great service!I was experiencing some little vibrations in my car and noticed the coolant and the engine oil were almost running dry. I came here and had good reception from Pedro and his workers. They did some diagnoses and topped engine oil and coolant of my car and that stopped the vibration. When I asked what my bill was, I was surprised to hear that it’s for free since nothing major was done. The brakes were also checked and ascertained good.
