“I really don't know what all the negative reviews are about. My experience has been nothing short of excellent.
I ordered a pair of patio chairs and a center console. They both arrived in the time window they said it would arrive by and when assembled, the chairs and tables were sturdy and comfortable.
I did have an issue with one of the chairs' screw holes not being threaded and it the screw ended up piercing through the chair, but I opened up a support case via email and within a single business day, they shipped out a new replacement part, no questions asked. By the third business day, it arrived. I installed it and it didn't have the previous issue.
Good products and good service in my experience”
